Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key retail accounts and distributors.
