Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive with experience in freight forwarding and international logistics . The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions, coordinate shipments, and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and clients, especially for import and export operations .

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding import/export shipments.
• Handle customer queries related to freight forwarding, shipment tracking, documentation, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with operations, documentation, and accounts teams to ensure timely updates to clients.
• Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, and transporters.
• Monitor and follow up on shipments to ensure prompt and accurate delivery.
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
• Provide after-sales support and address customer complaints or issues.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and share timely reports with clients regarding shipment status.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Logistics, International Business, Commerce).
• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service within the freight forwarding or logistics industry .
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, INCOTERMS, and documentation .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM or logistics software is a plus.
• Team player with strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Candidates currently based in or willing to relocate to Goa .
• Experience working with international logistics , customs clearance , and freight documentation .
• Familiarity with sea and air freight operations.

Client Relationship Management:

Qualifications:
