Role Summary
The Producer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing media productions, events, and live programs of Jesus Calls Ministries. This includes television programs, online streaming, worship productions, special events, and other ministry-related media initiatives. The role ensures that all productions align with the vision, values, and spiritual mission of Jesus Calls Ministries, maintaining excellence and professionalism in content delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute television programs, online media, and special event productions for the ministry.
- Work closely with directors, scriptwriters, editors, camera crews, and ministry leaders to ensure high-quality output.
- Develop production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate live broadcasts, worship events, and special prayer programs without interruptions.
- Ensure all content is spiritually uplifting, doctrinally sound, and consistent with the mission of Jesus Calls.
- Supervise post-production (editing, sound design, graphics) for final output.
- Maintain archives of past productions and manage digital content distribution.
- Explore innovative media formats and digital platforms for wider outreach.
- Liaise with vendors, technical teams, and volunteers to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold confidentiality, integrity, and a prayerful approach in all responsibilities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Media Production, Film Studies, or related field.
- Proven experience (3–5 years) as a Producer in television, digital media, or event production.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in media production software and broadcast equipment.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage teams effectively.
- Commitment to Christian values, prayer life, and the mission of Jesus Calls Ministries.

Key Responsibilities
1. Photography & Videography
- Capture professional-quality photos and videos during on-campus and off-campus events, academic sessions, interviews, and outreach activities.

2. Video Editing & Post-Production

Experience
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in photography, video production, or design.
