What will be your key responsibilities?
- Writing long-form content (such as articles, blogs, and e-books) and short-form content (like product descriptions, and captions) tailored to target audiences.
- Revamp and optimize outdated content across various formats (blog posts, website copy) for enhanced relevance and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refresh content, ensuring alignment with industry trends and brand guidelines.
- Experiment with formats and approaches to revamping old content, and monitoring metrics for optimization.

**Role Definition**
- Manager Knowledge Management primary responsibility is to manage the Content and Content Delivery of the Institution.

**Responsibility Deliverable**
- Evaluate the Current Content and suggest ways to improve.
- Create a Standard Operation Plan (SOP) for Content Developers.
- Support & prepare the content structure for certification program.
- Create and manage the content preparation/prepared.
- Collaborate and coordinate with other departments on content creation/development/idea.
- Support to the academic queries.
