Position: Talent Acquisition Intern
Program: Hireginie Accelerate Programme
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Employment Type: Internship (with target based gaurantee for for full-time role)
Stipend:
3 months Virtual Classroom Training (Recruitment certification) is unpaid .
3 Months on the Job training (paid) - 15000 Per Month
Post-Internship: Opportunity to be onboarded as a Talent Acquisition Manager with a starting CTC of 4 lacs per annum.
Must Have:
Education: Open to all; MBA or related field students preferred
Device Requirement: Bring your own Laptop/PC.
English Profiencey: Professional Level
About the Hireginie Accelerate Programme:
The Hireginie Accelerate Programme is a 6-month intensive internship designed to fast-track your career in talent acquisition. You will receive hands-on training in all aspects of the recruitment process, with a focus on tech and product roles. Throughout the program, you will work alongside seasoned recruiters, gaining practical experience and insights into the recruitment industry. Upon successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to be onboarded as a full-time Talent Acquisition Manager at Hireginie. In this position, you will lead recruitment efforts and contribute to our mission of delivering top-tier talent solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle for Non Tech, tech and product roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and schedule interviews.
- Support the maintenance of recruitment databases and generate reports.
- Participate in weekly training sessions and workshops focused on enhancing your recruitment skills.
