Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to deliver well-architected, user-friendly solutions.
Cloud & Back-End Development
Design and implement secure, scalable microservices deployed on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Manage and optimize MongoDB databases, ensuring encryption, indexing, query tuning, and fault tolerance.
Work with REST APIs, event-driven messaging, and publish-subscribe frameworks for data exchange.
Integrate Device Twin/IoT frameworks (e.g., Ditto) to synchronize device data with backend systems.
Implement backend services with role-based access control (RBAC), authentication, authorization (IAM/MFA), and secure credential handling.
Ensure system resilience with monitoring, logging, auditing, and automated failover/recovery processes.
DevOps & Security
Containerize applications using Docker; deploy and manage in cloud environments (Kubernetes preferred).
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, security scans, and infrastructure-as-code.
Implement and enforce TLS 1.2+/1.3, AES-256 encryption, secure credential storage, and log monitoring.
Contribute to vulnerability management, penetration testing, fuzz testing, and threat modeling.
Monitor cloud services for uptime (≥99.5%), reliability, and performance.
Systems Engineering & Quality
Perform detailed design analysis and code reviews across front-end, backend, and cloud layers.
Write and maintain software specifications, architecture documents, and technical reports.
Develop software verification and validation plans, ensuring 100% requirements and code coverage.
Collaborate with firmware, test, architecture, sales, and UX teams to ensure system-wide reliability and usability.
Raise defects, take actionable steps, and track them to closure.
Leverage commercially-friendly open-source technologies where appropriate.
