- Analyze current business processes, gather business requirements for **both CSM & ITSM functionalities rollout**:
- Participate and create Functional Design Documents for various Servicenow new initiatives and projects.
- Conduct show & tell sessions to demonstrate new features to business users Development & Enhancements,User story creation
- Build new features and update existing features as defined in the user stories
- Create new custom workflows, scripts, catalogue items, custom reports, dashboards and forms for case management features
- Customize the Customer Portal and Homepage
- Create and configure business rules, UI Policies, ACLs, notifications, UI Pages, UI macros,Create and customize out of the box topic blocks and topics
- Integration with Identity & Access Management, Siebel Order Management, Salesforce, Commvault and other Client systems Quality Assurance
- Create and maintain the QA artefacts such as test strategy, test scripts and test cases
- Perform functional, integration, and regression testing of the CSM & ITSM modules and custom workflows

**Job Description**
In this position, you will be mainly involved in design and engineering of SVC and STATCOM solutions in close coordination with various engineering team globally. As a key member of team, you will be responsible for designing of Flexible AC Transmission Systems (FACTS) solution for global projects & tenders.
**Role & Responsibility**
+ Specify and implement grid/transmission system modelling as well as SVC and STATCOM system modelling in most common simulation environment (PSCAD, PSSE).
+ Perform the various power system studies like load flow, short circuit, transient stability and switching transients, insulation coordination, simulation of temporary and transient overvoltage stresses on equipment and surge arrester energy ratings.
+ Developing scripts to automate execution and analysis of simulations
+ Co-operation and working closely with the ITO (sales) team to understand and being able to find the most feasible solution that customers are seeking for.
+ Support technical tendering, review and approve technical specifications, plans and estimations.
+ Support in research and development tasks in the field of FACTS NPI. Organize and participate in innovation workshops, contribute in patent applications
**Required Qualification**
+ A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related discipline with 5-15 years' experience in power system study and modelling of electrical network.
+ Design experience in HV and MV applications with good knowledge of electrical/power engineering.
+ Understanding of power system analysis (e.g. system performance analysis and grid code compliance studies).
+ Experience on simulation tools (PSCAD, DigSilent, PSS/E, ATP or similar).
+ Strong oral and written communication skills in English
**Desire qualification**
+ Proficiency in PSSE simulation tools will be an added advantage.
+ Experience in international projects with working exposure of international, national and customer specific standards in electricity.
+ Knowledge of power electronics devices and modelling of electrical network in HV/EHV system like HVDC & FACTS.
