Position Overview:
The job profile for this position is QA & Testing Senior Advisor which is a Band 4 Senior Contributor Career Track Role.
This role will provide counsel and advice to top management on significant Q&A matters, often requiring coordination between organizations as well as providing consultation at the highest technical level to project teams and client areas assisting with the successful development and implementation of effective computer systems applications across multiple computing environments (e.g., host based, distributed systems, client server).
The QA Testing Senior Advisor will consult with client and IT management and staff throughout the project life cycle, to assist and support the design, development and implementation of effective systems. This role will focus on providing thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines and will be recognized internally as "the go-to person" for the most complex Quality Assurance & Testing assignments.

Responsibilities:
Drafts, revises and approves test plans and scripts to ensure alignment with standards and IT strategy.
Creates test data files with valid and invalid records to thoroughly test program logic and verify system flow.
Collaborates with users to plan user acceptance testing, alpha and beta testing and ensures that system tests are successfully completed and documented and all problems are resolved. Provides leadership, vision, and architectural / design direction for the team.
Analyzes, designs new or modified Quality Assurance (QA) procedures and standards and assists in the development and implementation of QA metrics for assessing the quality of delivered application software.
Participates in the review of new QA software and consults with IT staff and client areas in resolving questions during the testing process.
Works with client and IT management and staff to establish and maintain a consistent test methodology.
Leads the team in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Aligns engineering solutions with the Technology strategy and supports the application's requirements.
Plans and implements procedures to maximize engineering and operating efficiency for application integration technologies.
Identifies opportunities and drives process improvements.
Takes accountability for the technology assets owned by the team.
Provides leadership to the team to achieve the following objectives:
Design, configuration, implementation of middleware products and application design / development within the supported technologies and products.
Proactive monitoring and management design of supported assets assuring performance, availability, security, and capacity.
Maximize the efficiency (operational, performance, and cost) of the application assets.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
Senior QA with experience in IVR and Conversational AI testing, test automation, Cyara experience a plus Strong influencing / negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal / relationship management skills.
Strong time and project management skills.
Familiarity with agile methodology including SCRUM team leadership.
Familiarity with modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior/test driven development, and specification by example.
Required Experience & Education:
10+ years of experience
Proven experience with architecture, design, and development of large-scale enterprise application solutions.
College degree (Bachelor) in related technical / business areas or equivalent work experience.
Industry certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Six Sigma Green Belt

Location & Hours of Work:
Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Expected hours (1:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST// 3:30 AM - 12:30 PM EST) working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate.

**Position Overview**
The role of the Senior Performance Testing Engineer will Conduct performance testing and establish performance engineering strategy for software programs. Drive execution and enable a high impact QA engineering function. Collaborate internally with key Technology Services teams as well as business functions to ensure initiatives are aligned with business and technical needs, are well managed and delivered on time, and are on budget with the required functionality. Promote industry best practices such as "shift left" modularize/real-time methods and have a metrics driven team approach.
**Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for architecting, designing and implementing test performance testing frameworks from the ground up into a continuous integration and execution model
+ Conduct workload modelling analyzing application architecture and production workload
+ Develop, execute and maintain performance test scripts to meet software release deliverables, project testing requirements and other quality considerations
+ Define test data conditions and partners and works closely with Data team to obtain the data.
+ Actively engage in defect reporting and triaging
+ Responsible for creating data portability functions. Create data necessary for the scripts based on the functionality
+ Document, maintain, and monitor software problems
+ Recommend strategies and methods to improve test plans and test processes
+ Maintain well organized records of test results and generate historical analysis of test results
+ As a member of the scrum team, closely interact with both onsite and offshore team members. The onsite and offshore interactions include scrum team members (Scrum masters, developers, Product Owners and QA at onsite and offshore)
**Qualifications**
+ 4-5 years of Performance Testing Experience
+ Plan Performance Test strategy for complex systems
+ Quick decision-making related to test environment readiness and results analysis based on previous experience
+ Understand the system architecture and target the LOAD test to identify the potential bottlenecks
+ Workload modeling on the system under test to design the test based on the Load, Volume of data and Peak time of the business
+ PROD Monitoring for utilization of infrastructure
+ Guide the team members with Industry best practices
+ NeoLoad, Azure cloud experience would be a plus.
+ Experience in testing of Web services (XML/REST/SOAP) and Browser-specific testing
+ Experience with UI & API testing
+ Experience with Continuous Integration systems (e.g., Azure, Jenkins, Travis, GitLab)
**Required Experience & Education:**
+ Bachelor's degree equivalent in Computer Science, equivalent preferred.
+ At-least 4-5 years of experience in performance testing.
