Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fundraising Assistant located in Bhopal. The Fundraising Assistant will be responsible for supporting fundraising initiatives, engaging with donors, assisting in developing fundraising strategies, and maintaining donor databases. Additional daily tasks include organizing fundraising events, managing communications with donors, performing administrative duties, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
  • Understanding and passion for Philanthropy
  • Customer Service experience
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in fundraising or non-profit sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
