Candidate must be self‐motivated, organized, possess strong written, verbal and visual communications skills and be able to handle multiple tasks at once.
Position Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and assist in exhibition management and daily gallery operations
-Maintain inventory records, update databases, and ensure accurate artwork documentation
-Answer queries, provide administrative support, correspondence, and assisting with marketing materials and social media
Requirements:
BA in Art History or related field, MA preferred.
1-2 years of art gallery or related experience.

Role overview
This role is focused on art sales and gallery relations with a strong mandate to build, nurture, and expand Nolwa Studio’s collector base, gallery placements, and institutional relationships.
As Art Sales & Gallery Relations Manager, you will work closely with the Founder to develop and implement strategies for collector engagement, gallery outreach, and institutional placements. You will be Nolwa’s representative in the art and design ecosystem — building bridges with galleries, museums, collectors, and cultural platforms while also ensuring the brand is represented with clarity and coherence.
Key Responsibilities
Art Sales & Collector Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with collectors, patrons, and art advisors.
- Develop and implement collector outreach strategies (1:1 engagement, events, presentations).
- Manage inbound sales enquiries, nurturing them into meaningful, long-term relationships.
- Maintain sales pipelines, targets, and reporting.
Gallery & Institutional Relations
