oMonitor production timelines and address any issues promptly.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Fashion Design or a related field (preferred but not mandatory if complemented by strong experience).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in fashion design, ideally within the preferred industries (e.g., apparel, textiles, luxury brands).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, CAD, Photoshop, and CLO 3D.
Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing original designs and creativity.

Role Description
We are looking for a highly committed individual, someone who can creatively strategize/execute anushé pirani's design sensibility. This role is responsible for managing the entire design process from research & concept development to sampling and production keeping in mind our brand and its unique aesthetic.

Job profile
- Assist in research, concept development, and sampling for upcoming collections
- Creating mood boards, experimenting with fabrics and technique applications.
- Work closely on textile and surface development, coordinating with artisans and production teams
- Support the design and execution process from sketch to final prototype
- Maintain brand archives, tech packs, and sample logs
- Create illustrations and digital renderings that reflect our brand aesthetic
- Be part of brainstorming sessions for collection stories and product development
- Strong sourcing skills that includes sourcing fabrics and trimmings.
- Oversee design and production related tasks.
Specific needs
1) A graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design (not currently studying)

The Product Development (PD) In-Charge is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of product development from concept to sample submission. This role requires coordination with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring timely development, accurate costing, and adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the product development process at the production unit, with 58 years of experience in a similar role.
- Independently handle yarn calculations , colour separation , and development specifications.
- Source yarns and fabrics from external suppliers as required.
- Possess sound knowledge of local sample units including looms, dyeing, printing, embroidery, and washing facilities.
- Prepare costing independently for new developments.
- Translate development specifications into accurate budgeting and initiate sampling immediately.
- Have strong understanding of local sample and bulk sewing units .
- Oversee the entire development process from yarn procurement to finishing and ensure timely submission of samples to the assigned merchandiser.
- Coordinate closely with the HO PD team to assess production feasibility and finalize pricing prior to development.

- Ensure on-time delivery of all developments without exceptions.
- Maintain essential computer skills for documentation, communication, and tracking.
- Guide and mentor the PD Assistant in the execution of sample developments.
- Maintain accurate records of all counter samples and update the sample development register consistently.

The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of yarn, fabric types, dyeing, printing techniques , and the complete fabric processing cycle , with hands-on experience in production coordination and quality control . The role demands proactive engagement with vendors, internal departments, and the shop floor to ensure timely and quality fabric output.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Yarn & Fabric Knowledge:
- Evaluate and select suitable yarns and fabrics for various end-uses.
- Ensure the correct yarn specifications (count, twist, fiber composition) are used as per the product requirements.
- Monitor the performance and quality of unfinished and finished fabrics.
- Process Oversight:
- Supervise all stages of fabric processingpre-treatment, dyeing, printing, and finishing.
- Review and optimize process flow for cost-efficiency and quality.
