+ As Legal Counsel for Wipro GE Healthcare and it's subsidiaries and GE Healthcare's other subsidiaries in South Asia the incumbent shall -
+ Provides all forms of legal oversight and guidance, ensuring the joint venture operates within legal and regulatory frameworks while protecting its interests.
+ Provide leadership to ensure high standards of corporate governance, works closely with the joint venture's leadership team, and shareholders/parent companies Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating the JV agreement and other related contracts (e.g., operating agreements, supply agreements, financing agreements).
+ Ensuring the JV complies with all applicable laws and regulations, and that its corporate governance structure (e.g., board composition, decision-making processes) is sound, and complies with joint venture agreements and related documents in spirit & in letter.

    Experience Required: 1+ years in Medical equipment, ICU and Operation Theater (OT) product sales.


    Minimum Requirement: At least 1 year of experience as a medical device sales representative or a similar role.


    Key Skills: Familiarity with the complete sales cycle, CRM tools, regional market knowledge, ICU & OT products (such as Ventilators, Patient Monitors, Syringe and Infusion Pumps, Diathermy, Defibrillators).

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a dynamic, driven sales professional with an existing network in the medical device industry, particularly in ICU and OT product segments. If you are ambitious, ready to represent top healthcare brands, and want to be rewarded for your achievements we want to hear from you!

    You will be expertly managing relationships, exceeding sales targets, and handling complex customer requirements under tight deadlines.


    Key Responsibilities:
    • Differentiate Ababil products with strong value propositions and technical expertise.
    • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and C-Suite executives.
    • Identify and develop key accounts in the assigned territory.
    • Create business and territory plans aligned with growth strategies.
    • Maintain and manage opportunities in CRM and sales funnels.
    • Deliver successful product demonstrations, clinical and technical training.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
    • Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
    • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.

    • Proven success in selling ICU and OT products to private and corporate hospitals.
    • Strong network with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the region.
    • Ability to independently drive business development.
