**Your Role**
- Leading and coordinating amongst legal and cross-functional stakeholders around the globe to respond quickly to unexpected internal and external events that may need legal support.

- Assist in providing general legal/risk mitigation advice to multi-functional teams on miscellaneous matters, such as labour and employment laws, IP, privacy, product compliance, and regulatory compliance issues.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of PQE with strong experience as a private practice lawyer at a top law firm dealing with IT/ITES (and preferably) some in-house experience.

The Regional General Counsel, India will be responsible for leading the legal and compliance team in India. The Regional GC will be a member of the Danaher India leadership team, providing thought leadership on strategic growth initiatives.
