Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead molecular diagnostics, cytogenetics, and NGS platforms
  • Oversee genetic testing accuracy, innovation, and quality assurance
  • Establish and manage genetic counselling services
  • Ensure compliance with NABL, CAP, NABH, ICMR standards
  • Build and mentor a multidisciplinary team
  • Drive strategic growth, collaborations, and research initiatives
  • Engage with clinicians and patients to promote ethical, informed care

Qualifications:

  • PhD/MD in Genetics, Molecular Biology, or related field
  • 10–15 years in clinical genetics/molecular diagnostics, with 5+ years in leadership
  • Expertise in NGS, cytogenetics, and genetic counselling
  • Familiarity with global standards (ACMG, CAP, NABL, etc.)

Preferred:

  • Fellowship in Clinical Genetics / Molecular Pathology
