**Title: Analyst - Global Data Management**
**Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose :**
+ As a Global Data Management (GDM) Analyst based in Mumbai, you will play a key role in achieving one version of data in core business systems and applications.
+ Your position supports business functions by providing master data expertise and managing the master data governance and maintenance processes.

**Responsibilities :**

+ Provide consultancy and support for business functions by analyzing data, resolving issues, preparing data quality reports, and executing data cleansing initiatives.
+ Participate in or manage related projects, including analyzing data for gap-fit analysis and standardization projects, while ensuring internal control and SOX rules are followed.
+ Develop and maintain data management documentation such as procedures, policies, and training materials, and provide training to end-users when needed.
+ Identify, and upon approval, implement improvements to data management governance processes, tools, or systems to increase operational and business efficiency.
**Required Qualifications :**
+ Bachelor's degree minimum.
+ Knowledge of SAP and MDM.
+ Strong data analysis skills.
**Preferred Qualifications :**
+ Developed skills in communication, negotiation, decision-making, and leadership.
+ Project management skills, with the ability to generate and follow up on project timetables.
+ Competencies in Business Partnering and Continuous Improvement.

**Experience and Education:**
+ Bachelor degree minimum
+ Experience with Master Data Tool / Technology
+ Working knowledge of Machine Learning/Automation tools
+ SAP or other ERP tool knowledge
+ 2 plus years of work experience
+ Proficient in Reporting and/or Budgeting
**Good to Have:**
+ Working knowledge of programming languages SQL, Google App scripts.

We're seeking an exceptional Business Intelligence Engineering Manager to lead and develop our team of 15 BIEs across multiple global locations. You'll drive engineering excellence in data visualization, pipeline development, and analytics solutions while managing one of the largest BI engineering practices in Finance Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a global team of Business Intelligence Engineers, fostering technical excellence and career growth
- Drive architectural decisions for data pipelines, semantic layer objects, and visualization solutions serving massive-scale AR/AP operations
- Spearhead the migration from Tableau to QuickSight while ensuring business continuity
- Establish and evolve BIE best practices, particularly in AWS native technologies and AI integration
- Provide technical leadership in scripting excellence and data pipeline optimization

Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of business intelligence and analytics experience
- 5+ years of delivering results managing a business intelligence or analytics team, including employee development and performance management experience
- 7+ years of data warehouse technical architectures, data modeling, infrastructure components, ETL/ ELT and reporting/analytic tools and environments, data structures and hands-on SQL coding experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with R, Python, Weka, SAS, Matlab or other statistical/machine learning software
