General Summary:

The Associate Director, Global Clinical Distribution Quality role will work with the GMP Operational QA team to ensure that medicines are distributed in compliance with GDP and GMP requirements for Clinical Distribution.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Clinical Quality Distribution team to support the Clinical Supply Chain activities, providing expert GDP support for clinical execution, pharmacy manual standards, ISR (investigator sponsored research) and home-dosing programs where necessary.
  • Support the on-time completion of commitments for clinical supply including risk management, change control implementation, deviation/investigation review, and CAPA completion.
  • Point of escalation for clinical site queries regarding handling and use of investigational product as it pertains to GDP
  • Point of escalation for interactive response technology (IRT) issues related to clinical supply.
  • Review and approval of GDP requirements in pharmacy manuals, IRT protocols and build verification, and distribution deviation records 
  • Support inspection readiness and preparedness by ensuring all Clinical Product Distribution quality records and documentation are complete and provided to clinical supply colleagues.
  • Create and own Vertex standards and best practices for clinical supply and execution.
  • Ensure the supply of safe, compliant and effective finished product for all clinical programs in Vertex throughout the clinical program lifetime.
  • Identify and trend Clinical Supply vendor compliance issues to drive action plans and improve both internal and external processes.
  • Support regulatory inspection readiness and requests related to distribution and clinical site handling of investigational product

Education and Experience:

  • Significant experience supporting Clinical Supply vendor quality issue investigation, root cause analysis, CAPA, and effectiveness checks and associated records in quality management systems.
  • Effectively manage quality relationships with external organizations, including distribution and IRT vendors and CROs.
  • Develop and maintain quality agreements with Clinical Distribution Vendors.
  • Support of GMP and GCP inspections with experience in the front room for FDA, EMA, and Swissmedic inspections.
  • Point of escalation for all issues and clinical site queries related to the distribution and handling.
  • Creation and ownership of Vertex standard operating procedures and best practices for clinical supply and execution.
  • Quality and pharmacy SME to the clinical supply team to provide troubleshooting on clinical programs; providing expert GDP support for clinical trial execution, pharmacy manual standards, investigator sponsored research and home-dosing programs
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field is required
  • Extensive years of experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience

    Role Summary

    The AMEA (Asia, Middle East & Africa) and India regions of AtkinsRéalis are experiencing a period of rapid growth which requires the mobilisation of talent from within the wider organisation into the regions.   • Qualifications:

    Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in a support or customer-facing role.
  • Proven experience in Technical Operations & Operations Support & people management.

  • Strong understanding of telecommunications systems and/or Ciena products.
  • Deep & work experience on OTN, DWDM, Control Plane, Layer2 / Layer 3 IP Technologies, automation & network management suites.

    What you'll do

    The Global Network Services organization is looking for a Director of Global Network Security to oversee the security of our global network infrastructure. You will direct the design, implementation and maintenance of network security platforms and controls to protect our data, systems, and networks from cyber threats. You will lead a team of security professionals and work with other departments to ensure excellent security across all network operations. You will understand network security technologies, including Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), Firewalls, and Proxy platforms.

    Summary of Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the global network security team, providing direction, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success.
  • Security Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive network security strategy that aligns with our goals.
  • Network Security Operations: Oversee the daily operations and administration of network security controls, including Web Application Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems, Firewalls, and Proxy platforms.
  • Policy Development: Work with Global Security Office to develop security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess network security risks, and implement measures to mitigate these risks.
  • Incident Response: Lead the response to network security incidents, including investigation, containment, and remediation.
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments, including IT, legal, and compliance, to provide a coordinated approach to network security.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with security vendors and service providers to ensure we receive the best possible security solutions and support.
  • Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver security training and awareness programs to educate employees about network security best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest network security trends, technologies, and threats, and improve our security posture.
  • Design and operations of security systems and controls within a secure multi-tenant cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) environment.
  • Work with teams/business to automate manual procedures and use CI/CD pipelines to help Security as Code
  • Convey complex technical information/solutions to executives using whiteboards, presentations, or written communications in a workshop format.
  • Executive and technical-level communications and to gain credibility/trust of internal and external customers.
  • Consult, assess, or audit, design, and interview partners to resolve technical requirements.
  • Demonstrate 'Consultative based mindset' with and collaboration skill for uncovering unmet technology-based needs and translating the requirements into strategic solutions

    Primary focus

    Achieve sales quotas for allocated territory on a quarterly and annual basis by:

    - Develop comprehensive joint go-to-market Business plans with the global SI partners leveraging all aspects of executive alignment, business planning, execution and metrics-driven governance
    - Qualify, develop and execute new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams for prospects by developing relationships in the GSI community.
    - Interface with global teams including managing APJ stakeholders in time zone including visibility of contracts renewal and de-bookings, pipeline management and forecasting.
    - Accelerate building partner offerings & solutions with an industry focus.
    - Conduct in-depth research of partner needs, business conditions, and drivers in order to tailor the ServiceNow value proposition.
    - Provide support for ‘Selling To’ the Strategic Partner’s CIO office to leverage ServiceNow for scaling “Customer Zero” initiative.
    - Support Prospect qualification, development & execution of new sales opportunities.
    - Strategize with partners to build a world class ServiceNow practice and help elevate their delivery capability matrix.
    - Develop, execute joint pursuit plans and transformation initiatives with key client executives, GPC Partner Managers and Solution Consultants to create new sources of ‘Client 0’ revenue growth via two primary sales motions (Sell to IT & Design In for next-Gen IP based managed services) with and through a Service Provider delivery model.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    - This individual will be responsible for joint selling and lead the effective collaboration of “deal level” strategies & tactics between sales and partners at both new and existing customers to drive new logos & NNACV ‘Sourced-Influence’ revenue.
    - Work strategically to identify new industry specific ‘use cases and solutions’ with key partners.
    - Develop world class business plans with associated QBR governance & exec sponsorship with the targeted global partners to include committed targets & shared metrics.
    - Align, localize and execute joint GTM strategy and multi-year regional business plans with targeted partners in the partner community, as well as ensuring development of compelling JOINT GTM value propositions aligned to NOW’s Primary Workflows
    - Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding targets whilst managing a strategic portfolio of partnerships.
    - Clearly defined joint go-to-market initiatives with key NOW-Partner global exec sponsors with key milestones and progress tracking metrics & associated rigor to ‘inspect what we expect.

    **Qualifications**

    Qualifications:

    - Track record of consistent quota attainment & over achievement
    - Strong strategic thinking including analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas and goals. Knowledge of System Integrators, Resellers & Independent Software Vendors is a must
    - Ability to engage directly in the sales cycle on joint ‘must win’ pursuits/opportunities, as well as facilitate joint engagement as and when necessary
    - A strong background in sales or alliance partnerships gained within the Cloud/SaaS space, managing multi-million-dollar deals
    - Proven skills building Go-to-market plans for channel and partner organizations.
    - Preference for successful industry experience working with the strategic systems integrators and service providers that utilize Software/SaaS, embedded in their Service Offerings
    - Must be a team player & a leader who is goal-oriented and confident, with aptitude and desire to work with high-performing teams. This individual must demonstrate an ability to operate in a highly collaborative environment
    - Diligent at measuring and communicating progress to achieve targeted business results, identifying obstacles and associated remediation plans
    - Past experience and relationships with major SI’s, Managed Service Providers, and experience with leading software, Cloud & SaaS organizations required
