The _Global Warehousing Optimization & Sourcing_ is a strategic role within the Supply Chain Center of Excellence, responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing warehousing operations across global regions-North America, EMEA, and Asia. **Qualifications**

- Leads successful and timely operational execution of global insourced or outsourced, Non-Registrational Data Generating or Registrational Data Generating interventional clinical trials from concept to final clinical study report.

- Minimum 4 years of demonstrated project management experience of which at least 2 should have been in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Experience in leading global clinical trials and multi-functional teams.
- Demonstrated project management and organizational skills with strong presentation and communication abilities.
- Experience with electronic quality, compliance and CTMS systems. Experience in managing CROs is a plus.
- Risk management experience preferred.
- Travel requirement of up to 25%.

**Job Requirements**
+ **Lead the Global Demand Planning Cycle of the S&OP process** : Own and execute the monthly demand process from system handover to consensus sign-off. Coordinate input from Sales, Product Management, and Finance, and ensure output feed into supply planning and S&OP.
+ **Improve Forecast Accuracy** : Drive measurable improvements in MAPE, Bias, and Forecast Adherence. Use data-driven techniques and root-cause analysis to understand gaps and implement corrective actions.
+ **Bridge Strategy and Execution** : Translate commercial assumptions and market intelligence into an aligned, actionable forecast that drives capacity, procurement, and financial planning.

**What your background should look like**
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's preferred from Tier1 or 2 Colleges
+ 5+ years of experience in demand planning or S&OP in a multinational environment.
+ Proven track record of working autonomously while effectively influencing cross-functional teams
