  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in strategic procurement, supply chain management, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful global procurement strategies that have delivered significant cost savings and business value.
  • Deep understanding of global sourcing, category management, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
  • Experience with leading and managing remote teams across different geographies.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools, including ERP systems, e-procurement platforms, and spend analytics solutions.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in risk management and ensuring supply chain resilience.
  • Knowledge of sustainability and ethical sourcing practices.
