Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
• CA/CS/CMA/ACCA/CFA/CPA, Law, or a related field.

+ Manage severance, HCRA/DCRA, and 3PSP funding processes.
+ Reconcile and post adjustment transactions and support post-balancing activities.
+ Process and track agency refund checks and employee repayment checks.
**Systems & Reporting**
+ Maintain and audit payroll entries in EV5 and PQAA systems.
+ Create and disseminate payroll tax communications and knowledge articles.
+ Administer SharePoint and MyADP platforms.
+ Generate and review daily, weekly, and quarterly reports including dailies, SNOW case assignments, and compliance checks.
**Employee & Stakeholder Support**
+ Address colleague and HR tax inquiries and escalations via SNOW.
+ Direct governance and Processing of employee tax documents globally, ex: W-4s, W-2Cs, SSN amendments, and IRS lock letters.
+ Support internal teams including Sales & Use Tax and Corporate Tax with tax-related data and filings.
+ Maintain tax agency credentials and relationships across jurisdictions.
**What You Will Need to be Successful:**
+ MBA in Finance or CPA preferred.
+ 14+ years of experience in payroll tax operations, preferably in a global environment.
+ Strong knowledge of global federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations; international tax experience is a plus.
+ Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., ADP, EV5, Globalview, Celergo) and case management tools (e.g., Servicenow).
+ Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
