This role is based at our office and requires a professional with strong negotiation skills and a keen eye for cost optimization. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sourcing and procurement process for indirect categories, including IT, office supplies, facilities management, marketing, and professional services.
  • Identify potential suppliers, conduct RFPs/RFQs, and evaluate bids to select the best value propositions.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable contract terms.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring consistent quality and delivery.
  • Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any non-compliance issues.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing, with a focus on indirect categories.
  • Proficiency in e-procurement systems and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of contract terms and conditions.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
