**What You'll Do**
+ The oversight of process, administration and management of overall Airline and Hotel Goods and Services Taxes(GST) reconciliation, reporting, supplier communication and required archiving processes.
+ The overall administrative and communication support in close collaboration with the banking client Global Travel Management and Global Sourcing teams. Key Focus is to support BTSS/Global Travel APAC in the management, reconciliation and archiving process and ensure Goods and Services Taxes(GST) can be fully reclaimed by the client.
+ Monitor and support the day-to-day India Goods and Services Taxes(GST) reconciliations and perform quality checks on reconciliation documentation.
+ Act as the Point of Contact within the Business on Goods and Services Taxes(GST) related matters and assist with enquirers including no match follow up(s).
+ Contact and coordinate with all suppliers (Airline/Hotel) in ensuring invoices to hand:
+ Ensure missing invoices are received. Ensure invoice errors are rectified.
+ Follow up missing invoice missing on airline portals.
+ Ensure all customer transactions are reported on the Tax Portal.Obtain and monitor CTE & P2P transaction reporting (hotel)
+ Handle external receipt and internal distribution of invoices where/if required.
+ Work with Amex GBT to ensure reconciliation data is received in a timely manner.
+ Monitor and highlight any variables that present Goods and Services Taxes(GST) values at risk.
+ The key client contacts for this role will be India Senior Key Stakeholders within Operations & Technology, Finance, Citi Global Sourcing and the Taxation Team as well as the external tax consultant appointed by the client. Assist with coordination of ad-hoc report Goods and Services Taxes(GST) reconciliation requests by the business. Lend administrative support in the maintenance of all Goods and Services Taxes(GST) reconciliation documentation.
+ Ensure resolutions on all Goods and Services Taxes(GST) related customer concerns/at Risk values.
+ Establish and ensure Invoice archiving process are followed - print soft copies of invoices and coordinate/ensure physical archiving.
+ Lead potential automation effort on Hotel and Airline Goods and Services Taxes(GST) reconciliation process.
**What We're Looking For**
+ Graduate with 2 to 5 years experience in Goods and Services Taxes(GST) reconciliations
+ Operational and Technical expertise in all travel related areas i.e. travel agency operations, Airlines, Hotel and Ground Transportation.
+ Experience in client relationship management.
+ Familiarity with online booking tools.
+ Familiarity with travel management information reporting and hierarchy setup.
+ Strong project management skills.
+ Good written and verbal communication skills
+ Relevant industry qualifications including familiarity with major Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Galileo, Abacus, Sabre and Amadeus.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Duties & Responsibilities
+ Requirement Gathering for New Change Request.
+ Creating FSD for the Change Request.
+ Discussion on the FSD with Client and reverting on queries raised by client on FSD
+ Following up for Sign-off on the FSD.
+ Explaining the documented Change request to Developers and QA's
+ Helping QA Team to give DEMO to client after Change request in deployed in UAT
+ Monitoring issues raised by Client in UAT and conveying the same to internal Team
+ Answering queries raised by Client through mail or over mobile
+ Connecting to Client in Daily Standup call for project discussion
+ Imparting knowledge of already live functionality to both Client and Internal team
+ Providing Demo of Factorin product to new customers.
Competencies
+ Good communications skills with customers, team and stakeholders
+ Good knowledge in banking and trade finance.
+ Basic knowledge of Factoring business.
+ Good documentation skill.
+ Basic knowledge of SQL.
Experience
+ 5+ Years of total experience as a business analyst in banking or trade finance domain.
