Position Summary :
Whistleblower Investigations will lead the end-to-end process of managing whistleblower complaints, ensuring timely, fair, and confidential investigations. This role is critical to upholding the LTIMindtree integrity, ethical standards, and compliance with global whistleblower protection laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Governance & Oversight
- Co-ordinate with Whistleblower Investigation Committee (WBIC) and Principal Director – Governance to ensure adherence to the company’s global whistleblower policy
- Collaborate with the Chief Ombudsperson, CHRO, Legal Counsel, and Audit teams to ensure robust governance.
- Case Management
- Receive, acknowledge, and triage whistleblower complaints.
- Oversee delegation of investigations to internal teams or external agencies.
- Ensure interim updates to relevant stakeholders (e.g., CFO, Legal, HR) as per policy.
- Investigations
- Conduct or supervise independent, unbiased investigations into allegations of misconduct, fraud, harassment, or ethical violations
- Review evidence including financial records, emails, chats, and interview transcripts.
- Draft detailed investigation reports and recommend appropriate actions.
- Compliance & Risk Mitigation
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws such as the Whistleblower Protection Act, Sarbanes-Oxley, and internal codes of conduct
- Recommend preventive measures and anti-fraud controls in various processes which are covered in the Whistleblower investigations.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with HR Compliances and teams to ensure coordinated response and resolution.
- Provide strategic insights to senior leadership on trends and systemic risks.
- Training & Awareness
- Develop training programs and awareness campaigns on whistleblower rights and reporting mechanisms.
- Promote a culture of transparency and ethical conduct.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law finance, Compliance, or related field.
- Certifications such as ACFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) or Forensic Investigation credentials preferred
- Strong understanding of global whistleblower laws and data privacy practices. ,

**Role Description**
This role is part of the newly formed Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) Data Office.
As a Data Governance & Management Manager, you are part of a team responsible for supporting activities for the day-to-day compliance with the Enterprise Data Management Operating Policy within Enterprise Technology Services. You and your team are responsible for identifying critical data, maintaining data definitions, classifying data, supporting data sourcing / usage requests, measuring Data Risk Controls, and confirming Data Incidents are remediated. You will partner across various business units, technology teams, and product/platform teams to define and implement the data governance strategy, supervising and leading data quality, resolving data/platform issues, and driving consistency, usability, and governance of specific product data across the enterprise.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for supporting Data Governance & Management in identifying data incidents, performing root-cause-analysis of data incidents and driving remediation of audit and regulatory feedback.
+ Develop advanced knowledge on the Enterprise Data Management Operating Policy in order to support Data Governance & Management in the execution of their role.
+ Responsible for holistic platform data quality monitoring, including but not limited to key reports.
+ Assist in the identification of data risk, working with upstream data providers, downstream business partners, as well as technology teams.
+ Support Data Governance & Management in in the establishment, maintenance, and testing of controls to manage data risk within their business unit.
+ Coordinate with Business Units and other Business Unit Data Offices to ensure System level Lineage is documented completely and accurately
+ Build advanced platform expertise to influence the identification of critical data elements and contribute to the roadmap to govern the data elements.
+ Responsible to partner with Data Governance & Management in developing and managing the data management roadmap.
+ Collaborate with and influence product managers to ensure all new use cases are managed according to policy.
**Qualifications:**
+ 2 - 5 years of experience in data architecture and strategy for Master Data Management (MDM)/Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
+ Strong communication skills and ability to influence and engage at multiple levels and cross functionally.
+ Intermediate understanding of Data Management and Data Governance concepts (metadata, lineage, data quality, etc.) and prior experience.
+ Intermediate competency in SQL & Python or other programming language.
+ Prior experience in Finance or Controllership preferred.
+ Prior experience with Agile or SAFe project methodologies.
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or other similar fields.
