Key Responsibilities
• Opportunity Pipeline Mastery: Scout and qualify high-potential deals on SAM.gov, GSA eLibrary, and FedBizOpps, focusing on IT MSP services under 8(a), SDVOSB, and GSA 70 set-asides.
• Bid Strategy Leadership: Develop capture plans, conduct SWOT analyses, and orchestrate team efforts to build winning proposals—from RFP teardowns to final color-team reviews.
• SOW & Compliance Guru: Author and refine Statements of Work (SOWs) that align with FAR/DFARS regs, ensuring airtight compliance while highlighting our IT MSP edge (e.g., cybersecurity, cloud migrations, helpdesk ops).
• Win Rate Booster: Collaborate with US-based sales leads to refine pricing strategies, past performance narratives, and oral proposal prep—aiming for 30%+ win rates on targeted pursuits.

• Technical Savvy: Deep knowledge of federal acquisition processes, including ORCA/FPDS reporting, price realism, and evaluation criteria. Familiarity with APMP certifications or tools like Privia/Qvidian is a plus.
