- Strong understanding of government operations, procurement processes, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.

-Mentor direct team (consultants, senior consultants and engagement managers) in ensuring delivery excellence for their projects
-Ensure creation and adoption of high quality assets, methods and standards created during delivery

Establish credibility through active relationship building and co-creating solutions with the senior management of the Government agency, International funder and partners onboarded during the project and key stakeholders engaged with through high levels of sector and functional knowledge, impactful communication and great performance on deliverables

1 Feasibility Study before the deal is signed
Ensure that the feasibility study is conducted in terms of optimum FSI exploitation & necessary statutory approvals.
Coordinate with Business Development and support decision making through above inputs.
2 Coordination and relationship management with liaison architect
Shortlist liaison architects basis past performance and project requirements
Negotiate terms and conditions and important aspects such as timelines and payment with the liaison architect
Frame relevant clauses and strike an agreement with the liaison architect
Ensure timely certification of the bills and payments of liaison architect
Support design team with inputs on regulations in order to finalize schematic layout and final building plan
3 Budgeting and planning for approvals and certificates
Prepare budget before project commencement for the process of obtaining all necessary approvals
Provide inputs related to approvals budget to costing and budgeting team to incorporate the same in project budget
Prepare plan before project commencement for the process for obtaining all necessary approvals
Provide inputs related to approvals to the planning team to incorporate the same in the project plan
4 Ensuring all necessary approvals and certificates are obtained in a timely manner
Monitor adherence to budget and plan for obtaining approvals

5 Liaison with Regulatory bodies
Liaison with regulatory bodies for updates on new developments, requirements, proposals etc which may be useful for projects and proposals
Organize and coordinate the site visits of government officials.
Certify payments to regulatory authorities and agencies
6 Management responsibilities
Update management and JV partners regularly on various approvals and timelines for all the projects in his region
Maintain project history related to approvals and liaison activities
Update management on the recent developments in building norms, new regulations etc
