Over two years, you’ll complete six-monthly rotations within our Commercial & Personal Injury Insurance team, gaining hands-on experience across the full underwriting lifecycle. Rotations are structured to support you to:

  • Build trusted relationships : work with brokers and clients to negotiate and deliver tailored solutions.

About the role
