Job Description
Tekion empowers Product teams to solve meaningful customer and business problems in innovative ways. We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive two of our most critical platform pillars - Galaxy and Forms Pro.
Galaxy is Tekion’s proprietary calculation engine that powers lease, finance, and cash deal payments across all OEM brands. It supports advanced calculation logic across taxes, rebates, fees, residuals, and rates. Forms Pro is our end-to-end platform for creating, managing, and scaling retail forms across dealerships. It includes the Forms Configurator, Forms Library, and Forms Portal, and directly impacts time-to-launch, CSAT, and monetization.
In this role, you’ll manage and mentor a team of PMs, own the roadmap, and work closely with Engineering, Design, GTM, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-impact platform capabilities and scale Tekion’s reach across the industry. In addition to strong people management skills, the ideal candidate is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and getting actively involved with the team-diving into details to support execution and actively participating in problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate closely with Tekion’s product and engineering teams, as well as external partners such as dealers, to thoroughly assess and address the needs of all stakeholders.
2. Own and evolve the product strategy for Galaxy and Forms Pro, aligning with business objectives and user needs
3. Lead a team of PMs and ensure high standards of execution, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration
4. Define, prioritize, and deliver roadmaps for both platforms
5. Launch Galaxy integrations for new OEMs, ensuring accuracy and platform stability
5. Launch the Enterprise Forms Portal and drive its adoption as a monetized SKU
6. Work with dealers, implementation partners, and internal teams to streamline the forms lifecycle
7. Support monetization initiatives (e.G. automation feature SKUs)
8. Represent platform priorities in roadmap planning with leadership and peers
9. Manage up and down the org: influence C-level stakeholders while also going deep into workflows and technical trade-offs
10. Balance short-term execution with long-term strategic thinking
11. Serve as a bridge between product, business, and technical teams to drive alignment and unblock teams
Requirements
1. 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
2. Experience managing and mentoring PMs
3. Demonstrated success in developing and deploying data-driven features for B2B or SaaS platforms.
4. Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities, particularly within cross-functional teams.
5. Demonstrated success shipping complex platform features at scale
6. Deep understanding of workflows, systems integration, and stakeholder
alignment
7. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
8. Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and make thoughtful tradeoffs
9. Advanced degree from a top-tier MBA program or Engineering college

Position Title: Product Manager - Media Collective
About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Product Manager to lead the evolution of our advertising and business systems. In this role, you will bridge business needs with technical solutions, defining and driving the roadmap for CRM, Order Management Systems (OMS), and ad platform capabilities. You will work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Sales Ops, Media Ops, and Engineering to ensure systems are optimized for scalability, automation, and growth.
Your focus will be on identifying pain points across operations and business workflows, translating those into actionable product strategies, and partnering with cross-functional teams to build, enhance, and integrate platforms such as Salesforce, OMS, and leading ad servers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the roadmap for digital advertising solutions and internal business systems (CRM, OMS, task management).
- Translate business problems into clear, actionable product strategies, requirements, and solution designs.
- Drive system enhancements and automation to reduce manual workflows and improve the user experience.
- Act as a key partner to engineering, ensuring business requirements are technically sound and delivered with impact.
- Manage and optimize integrations with Salesforce and OMS platforms (e.G., ADvendio, Placement IO).
- Support system migrations and platform onboarding by serving as a subject matter expert and business advocate.
- Lead cross-functional discovery and planning with stakeholders in Sales, Commercialization, Media Activation, and Ad Strategy.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Ad Ops to resolve technical issues and campaign discrepancies.
- Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for platform innovation and operational efficiency.
- Provide executive-level updates on key initiatives, risks, and platform performance.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 5+ years of product management experience in ad tech, media, or digital advertising environments.
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable product solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and OMS platforms such as AdVendio or Placement IO.
- Familiarity with ad-serving technologies (GAM, DV360, Criteo, Meta, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile product development and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
