  • Manage and oversee daily operations, including administrative services, office management, and facilities.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency.
  • Coordinate with IT support to ensure reliable technology infrastructure and systems.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
  • Oversee budget management, financial reporting, and expense tracking for operational expenditures.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and optimize resource utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
  • Manage office space, including allocation, maintenance, and coordination of any necessary renovations or moves.
  • Support project teams with operational needs, including resource provisioning and logistical arrangements.
  • Organize internal events, meetings, and workshops.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure seamless operational support.
  • Monitor operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives from an operational perspective.
  • Onboard new employees with regards to operational procedures and resources.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management, preferably within a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Proven experience in managing diverse operational functions such as administration, facilities, IT, and finance.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and process optimization techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Experience with enterprise software and operational support tools.
  • High degree of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
