  • Design and implement growth programs aimed at increasing product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, and improving engagement.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external financial partners to scale acquisition and business programs.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in driving growth for tech startups or established brands, with a proven track record in growing digital products and services.

As a Growth Manager for mobile app, you will be responsible to drive the adoption & engagement for the app across customer segments. About the Role

We’re looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and results-driven Sales Manager – Delhi to lead our on-ground business development efforts in North India. You’ll be at the forefront of engaging educational institutions, driving sales, and helping them digitise campus life—student housing, cafeteria (mess) operations, and more.


What You'll Do

  • Lead college outreach and drive B2B sales in the region
  • Conduct on-site visits to universities and student housing communities
  • Own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closure
  • Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Deliver impactful presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and success
  • Track performance metrics and optimise sales efforts accordingly


Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience (EdTech/SaaS/Institutional sales preferred)
  • Strong network in the education ecosystem, especially universities and student housing
  • Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth
  • Skilled in CRM tools and sales automation platforms
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Passionate about education and technology with a problem-solving mindset
