What You'll Do:
This is not a typical account management role - you'll be the strategic partner and extended arm of our partner brands' teams, directly accountable for driving measurable revenue growth while building and leading a high-performing team.
- Collaborate on growth strategy and roadmap for the business
- Work with the team and all partners and partner agencies to implement all growth initiatives and drive the brand’s growth goals
- Engage with the performance marketing team for creative planning and quality checks of marketing deliverables

1. Growth Leadership
Drive Revenue Growth:
Own and achieve monthly revenue/growth targets for partner brands
Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies aligned with business objectives
Identify growth opportunities across channels, markets, and customer segments
Make data-driven strategic recommendations that directly impact bottom-line results
Be the Strategic Partner:
Act as the extended arm of brand teams - you ARE their growth function
Proactively anticipate needs and opportunities

Manage Complex Stakeholder Relationships:
Build and maintain C-level and VP-level relationships
Navigate multiple stakeholder groups within partner brand organizations

Ensure seamless execution across all partners and internal teams

Pre-Sales & Business Development Support
- Be part of pre-sales/business development and inside sales team in prospect research, campaign management and execution
- Understand Axience pre-sales and business development process in detail and be responsible for managing/co-managing a team of fixed and moving resources including interns and full-time staff
- Lead generation by building prospect lists using databases / LinkedIn / web-based information
