Role (Why position exists) :
 
Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and monitoring the overall corporate communication strategy.
 
 
Main Responsibilities :
 
- Create informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, and related marketing materials.
 - Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.
 - Oversees the development and maintenance of the corporate website including methods to deliver message, ease of navigation, and clarity of information;
 - Ensures that all content is current and relevant.
 - Managing media outreach through PR agency as and when required through dissemination of press releases and acting as a corporate spokesperson for furnishing materials to the public,
 - on updates on behalf of the organization on various content in adherence to the corporate budget.
 - Collaborates with executive leadership and board of directors to develop the corporate mission statement and implement communications strategy for the corporation that builds
 - and maintains a positive corporate brand.
 - Liaison with Trade & Business forums: like CII, ICC etc.–enrolling- organization in all major trade forum through online and offline- conferences, events.
 - Assists executive leadership in developing presentations, speeches, and other important corporate messages.
 - Oversee and produce, from concept to completion, a broad array of digital and/or print promotional and communication materials for the organization.
 - Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials.
 - Work with marketing department to generate new ideas and strategies for offline and online marketing content.
 - Create communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, events, and promotions.
 - Designs campaigns to target specific audiences, placing an emphasis and discipline on campaign performance to help with recommendations for future programs.
 - Builds and maintains solid partnerships with assigned internal clients to better develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate strategic communications designed to meet business goals.
 - Craft compelling narratives regarding the company and its initiatives.
 - Operate as a spokesperson during events and media correspondence.
 - Manage Public Relations calendar.
 
 
Educational Qualifications - Master's in Mass Communication/Journalism/Marketing will be most preferred.
 
Experience - At least five years of relevant experience in corporate communications, public relations, marketing, or a similar role within a fashion or retail organization will be most preferred.

JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Corporate Communications Manager to lead and manage internal and external communications initiatives tailored to a B2B audience in the aviation services sector. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping AISATS’ narrative, showcasing the company’s service offerings, strengthening stakeholder relationships and driving engagement across internal and external audiences.
 
AISATS operates in a niche, operationally intensive environment where communication must be purposeful, professional and aligned with the expectations of airline partners, regulatory bodies and relevant stakeholders. The ideal candidate will understand the nuances of B2B communication and be adept at crafting content that informs, engages and builds trust, without relying on mass-market appeal.
 
As part of the AISATS Corporate Communications, Branding & Events team, the candidate will be responsible for enhancing the company’s brand image, managing media relations/external communications, driving internal communications and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. This position is geared towards individuals whose interests lie in shaping AISATS’ communications strategy and content management capability.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Communication Planning
•Develop and implement integrated communication strategies that support AISATS’ business goals, enhance brand reputation, and drive stakeholder engagement.
•Align all messaging with AISATS’ mission, values, and strategic priorities, ensuring consistency across internal and external channels.
•Identify communication opportunities around key business initiatives, change management and leadership visibility.
•Conduct periodic audits of communication effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
•Collaborate with senior leadership to shape narratives that reflect AISATS’ vision and position the company as a thought leader in the aviation services sector.
 
Internal & External Communications
•Draft, edit and manage high-quality content for internal and external audiences, including newsletters, newsflashes, leadership messages, employee engagement campaigns and promotional materials.
•Ensure all communication is consistent in tone, aligned with AISATS’ brand voice and tailored to the target audience for maximum impact.
•Support the development of press releases, editorials, media statements and crisis communication materials in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
•Work with AISATS’ PR agency to coordinate media outreach, ensure timely dissemination of communication assets and monitor coverage.
•Collaborate with internal teams to gather stories, updates and insights that reflect AISATS’ values, achievements and strategic priorities.
•Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and strategic communication rollouts across channels.
•Contribute to speechwriting and executive communications to support leadership visibility and thought leadership initiatives.
 
Social Media Management & Content Creation
•Develop and execute engaging, brand-aligned content for AISATS’ social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube, using tools like Canva and other design/video editing software.
•Create a mix of static posts, carousels, reels and short-form videos to showcase AISATS’ milestones, employee stories, operational excellence, and thought leadership.
•Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and viral content to identify opportunities and risks that may impact AISATS’ reputation or visibility.
•Collaborate with internal teams to source content ideas and ensure timely coverage of key events, campaigns and initiatives.
•Track and analyze performance metrics across platforms using native analytics tools and dashboards; provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
•Ensure all social media content adheres to AISATS’ brand guidelines, tone of voice and strategic messaging priorities.
 
Crisis Communication and Reputation Management
•Develop and maintain a robust crisis communication framework to ensure timely, transparent and effective responses during crises.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external PR agencies to craft accurate and sensitive messaging.
•Act as a key communication liaison during emergencies, ensuring alignment across leadership, operations, relevant stakeholders and media.
•Monitor media and social media channels for emerging issues and provide proactive recommendations to mitigate potential reputational impact.
•Prepare holding statements, FAQs, escalation protocols etc. to support rapid response and business continuity.
 
Website Content & SEO
•Update and maintain content on the AISATS website to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand standards.
•Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and search performance.
•Process and manage requests for website updates in a timely manner.
 
Branding:
•Provide support to the AISATS Brand team as assigned by Head, Corporate Communications, Branding & Events.
•Responsible for ensuring consistent representation of the AISATS brand across all communication materials.
•Oversee branding compliance in company giveaways, promotional items, and visual assets.
•Act as a brand guardian to uphold AISATS’ identity and messaging standards across all touchpoints.
 
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
•Bachelor’s Degree from accredited University, preferably in mass communication, marketing or a relevant field.
•Ability to work independently while driving strategic communication initiatives across the organization.
•Proven experience in managing high-impact campaigns that align with business objectives.
•Skilled in maintaining consistent messaging across all internal and external communication touchpoints.
•Proactive and collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination.
•Strong capability to translate complex business priorities into clear, compelling narratives and communication materials.
 
EXPERIENCE
•5-10 years of experience in corporate communications.
•Experienced in crafting compelling B2B communication strategies
•Experienced in managing different social media channels
•Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office and web content management systems
•Strong understanding of brand alignment, storytelling, and audience engagement.
•Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as required
•Desire to take full ownership of assigned projects and ability to work independently
