Role and Responsibilities: Desiging and developing Regulator/Rectifier, DC-DC convertor for 2 wheeler application, EV charging system Performing SRS/Design input review Finalizing the concept design in association mechanical design team Performing related DFMEA/design calulation/analysis/simulation and definig circuit & components Desiging circuit, choosing components, derating the components and preparting BOM Reviewing the design output documents Managing project time line and ensuring of timely deleverable of HW design documentation(Schematics,BOM,Gerber data, etc) Defining product testing and validation plans based on requirement of the product both on the test rig and the vehilce. Defining environmental and electrical validation plan including EMI/EMC. Co-ordinating with validation team to carry out the validation. Monitoring proto board assy & tests carried out on the proto ensuring proper funcationality. Carrying out DFM activity co ordination with MFG and process team to define effective manufacturing process. HW trouble shooting for any HW failure and performing root cause analysis Definig case,terminal diagram/ wiring harness diagram and other supporting parts with relavant safety mechanism Collaborate with mechanical engineers, product management and manufacturing operations for Develop and support integration of electronic and electrical systems.
