Experience/skills required
- Bachelor’s in electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in electrical engineering.
- Experience in High Speed Board level Circuit design (analog/digital/power) and layout design of Multi layer board incorporating complex FPGAs, ASICs, CPLDs, PowerPC processors, High Speed memories etc.
- Strong technical knowledge and hands on expertise in circuit / schematic design, symbols creation, PCB layout preferably on Cadence OrCAD/Allegro tools .
- Experience and Hands on in Design and debugging circuits for memory interfaces such as SDRAM, DDR, EMMC , Nand Flash, Nor Flash, USB
- Experience in performing design simulations using PSpice, LT Spice, SI analysis tools.
- Experience with peripheral interfaces and protocols such as 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet, HDMI, USB, UART, MIPI, RS-232, RS485, I2C, SPI, USB, PARALLEL etc.
- Knowledge of board bring up, testing and debugging.
- Hands on with lab equipment like DSO, logic analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer etc.
- Experience in medical device and design for EMI/EMC . Knowledge on medical EE design standards will be a big plus.
- Familiar with Industry standards JEDEC, IPC, IEC standards.
- Goal Oriented, Ability to interact and work with Cross functional team (electrical, mechanical and operations) and external partners and suppliers to define and implement reliability activities and corrective actions.

Hardware Design Engineer
Ideal Experience:
3-6 years of Experience in the development of electronic products from concept to production with Graduation in BE / B.Tech/ M. Tech in Electronics / ECE / EEE / EI / Power Electronics.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with full electronic products life cycle management.
- Wide knowledge of electronic devices and circuits and their application, including power devices, microcontrollers, switch mode power supplies, RF circuits, analogue and digital circuits and design for EMC and printed circuit board design and manufacturing process.
- Hands-on design and development of hardware for embedded electronics systems. The hardware development may include power electronics topologies and control, various analog, digital, and wireless communications, battery management systems, battery chargers, etc.
- Performing component selection, cost estimation, hardware design calculations, simulations, and worst-case analysis.
- Support PCB designers in layout. Familiarity with PCB Assembly processes (EMS).
- Hands-on experience in board bring-up and testing.
- Creating and reviewing design verification and validation test plans.
- Experience in the automotive domain and functional safety (FuSa) is an added advantage.
- Works closely, interacts with, and discusses with different departments, E&E FAEs and Manufacturers.
- Incorporating safety, serviceability, scalability, and manufacturability feedback in design.
- Proactively identifying technical risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Driving projects with CFT includes program teams, Validation teams, software teams, mechanical teams, Integration team, Field Team etc.

- Initiating value analysis/value engineering (VAVE) and cost reduction activities.
- Working Knowledge of Problem Resolution Techniques using 8D.
Key Skills& Attributes:
- Expertise in using 8bit, 16-bit, 32 bit & ARM based Microcontrollers.
- Hands-on Knowledge of Analog, Digital, power electronics.
