Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Hardware Sales Professional to drive business development and sales growth in the Govt./PSU/Defence sector across Delhi/NCR. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge, proven experience in government IT sales, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Govt./PSU/Defence sectors for hardware and IT solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, PSU representatives, and defence organizations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, tenders, and RFPs.
- Stay updated on government procurement policies, e-tendering processes, and IT hardware requirements.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, pipeline, and forecast to management.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- BE/B.Tech in Electronics with MBA (preferred).
- 4–5 years of proven experience in IT hardware sales.
- Strong track record of handling Govt./PSU/Defence clients in Delhi/NCR.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of IT hardware solutions and procurement processes.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
