AGCO is looking for a self-motivated and technically skilled candidate for the position of Electrical Harness Design Engineer to support the development of electrical systems for AGCO machinery, including tractors and similar agricultural products/solutions. This role focuses on electrical system design, component selection, integration, and support through the product lifecycle, from concept to production release.
**Your Impact**
+ Design and Develop Electrical Systems and Harnesses: Create detailed CAD models, wiring diagrams, and integration drawings using tools like Creo and E3 Zuken.
+ Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with mechanical, software, electrical, and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and system compatibility.
+ Ensure Compliance with Industry Standards: Apply standards such as ISO, SAE, CE, and EMC throughout the design and validation process.
+ Define Specifications and Select Components: Assist in choosing sensors, controllers, connectors, and other components; participate in design reviews, DFMEA, and risk assessments.
+ Support Issue Resolution and Documentation: Contribute to lab-based troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Collaborate with suppliers to evaluate, select, and qualify components and subsystems. Maintain documentation for design changes, BOM, and technical manuals. Apply engineering best practices to support continuous improvement.
**Your Experience and Qualifications**
+ Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
+ Experience: 3-8 years in engineering design, preferably in the off-highway or automotive domain within a global organization.
+ Tool Proficiency: Mandatory expertise in Creo, Creo Cabling, E3 Zuken, and Windchill; working knowledge of E3 Zuken Harness Software is preferred.
+ Process Familiarity: Experience working in Agile methodologies is a plus.
+ Communication & Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with global cross-functional teams.

**Job Description**
Create electrical manufacturing drawings of assemblies and models for Aircrafts
Interpreting 2D drawings for conversion to 3D models and assemblies
Create 3D models and assemblies from conceptual designs
Knowledge of specialized modules in CATIA such as EHI, FTA, SMD, AMG, KWA, or
Communicate with customers and team members regarding project scope, changes and/or deadlines
**Job Requirements**
Experience with CATIA V5 EHI work bench
Mechanical Design/Drafting experience is required.
CATIA installation and environment setup is a plus
Good communciation skills

Job description:
? Analyzing customers requirement and assisting right from order acquisition stage.
? Support sales to prepare prescriptions for offering customers what they really want.
? Preparation of technical BoQ, for proposing the optimized solution to customers w.r.t the tendering specifications / customer requirements.
? Analyzing acquired order requirements and proposing an optimized solution to the customer.
? Preparation of technical / engineering documentation for the project and getting approval from the customer.
? Collaborating across the teams to ensure seamless integration of proposed solution.
? Loading factory for procurement and manufacturing complete electrical protection solution for switchgears, control & relay panels and SAS Schematics.
? Configuration and parameterization of solutions to customers and getting the system ready for FAT.
? Commissioning and on-boarding of non-typical solutions at site on case-to-case basis.
Qualifications and Skills:
? Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics and communication engineering.
? Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience comprising of commissioning of switchgear and protection systems at site.
? Experience of configuring and commissioning of numerical relays of Siemens and other makes not limited to 7S series, RE series and P / G series relays.
? Experience of configuring IEC stations and integration with automation systems.
? Good communication skills
? Proficiency in MS Office 365 products.
? Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
? Willingness to relocate and travel globally as and when required.
