About the Role : Work as Subject Matter Expert (SEM) to ensure compliance with all Process Safety regulations and standards.


Responsibilities :

  • Implementation of OSHA’s/RBPS process safety management across all Piramal manufacturing sites.
  • Promote a strong process safety culture to prevent major incidents.
  • Support sites in reducing incident rates and improving overall EHS performance.
  • Ensure timely closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) from incidents, audits, and reviews.
  • Drive training and competency-building programs for employees and contractors in process safety and EHS.

  • Strengthen reporting and analysis of EHS leading indicators across sites.

Qualifications :
