Job Responsibilities:
- Experience: At least 9 years of functional experience in HCM product suite modules such as Compensation & Advance Compensation.
- Implementation: Experience in end-to-end implementations.
- Consulting Background: Preferred experience as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software organization in another ERP application (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, ADP, Ceridian).
- Client Implementations: Involvement in at least 2 full cycle client implementations.
- Track Record: Proven success in implementing and supporting HCM solutions.
Other Qualifications:
- Client Engagement: Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Project Management: Skilled in managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Ability to develop expertise to provide the right solutions for client needs.
- Team Collaboration: Strong working relationships with team members, management, and onshore counterparts.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand client needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Prioritization: Capable of prioritizing conflicting demands with minimal supervision.
- Module Mastery: Expertise in at least 2 HCM product suite modules (Compensation, & Advance Compensation).
- Customer Engagement: Ability to understand customer requirements, configure Workday solutions, demonstrate configurations, and assist in testing.
- Implementation Methodology: Familiarity with Workday’s Implementation Methodology and its application in customer engagements.
- Integration Support: Support the Integration Consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and third-party/custom solutions.
- Mentorship: Share product knowledge and mentor other consultants.
- Project Success: Contribute to successful project outcomes and build lasting customer relationships.

As a consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
* You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability, and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.
* Your primary responsibilities include:
* Shape solutions within Oracle Cloud based on key client requirements following Agile methodology.
* Configure and test applications to check that it meets business requirements.
* Work under a continued improvement culture, challenging ideas and finding solutions to problems.
* Good and Effective Communication skill to understand the requirement and articulate the solution
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Functional Expertise in Oracle Talent Management.
* Completed at least 4 full life cycle implementations of HCM Cloud projects with Talent Management in 2 projects.
* Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them.
* Should be responsible for functional solutions and implement the solution framework.
* Configure and test the applications as per business requirements
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills for coordinating across teams.
* Oracle Payroll, Oracle HCM, HCM Extract, BI Publisher.
* Certification in Cloud is an advantage
