Role Requirements -
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in SAP HCM modules.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, TM, PY, etc.).
- Experience in end-to-end implementations and system upgrades.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors and SAP Fiori is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment.

We are seeking a Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits Techno-Functional Consultant with 5-7 years of experience who can be a strong team player with proficient communication skills to support the existing configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our Benefits module. · Support Open Enrollment and Life Event processing
· Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and HDL data loads
· Build and maintain BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards
· Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate data flow and compliance
· Manage Oracle SRs and coordinate with Oracle support for issue resolution
· Conduct functional and regression testing during upgrades and deployments
· Document configurations, processes, and change requests

· 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 3 in Benefits
