- Establish delivery frameworks, governance models, and KPIs for large-scale data engagements.
- Champion agile and DevOps methodologies in data program execution.
- Partner with solutioning, pre-sales, and CoE teams to design scalable delivery models.
Technology & Innovation:
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Data, AI/ML, GenAI, and Cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Foster innovation by driving adoption of automation, accelerators, and reusable frameworks.
- Collaborate with product/solution teams to enhance data delivery capabilities.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in managing large-scale data platform, cloud data engineering, and advanced analytics programs.
- Strong leadership in managing global delivery centers/teams.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Databricks), ETL, data governance, MDM, BI/Visualization (Power BI, Tableau), AI/ML.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-dollar P&L.
- Excellent client engagement, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on operational delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
- 15–20 years of IT experience with at least 7–8 years in Data/Analytics leadership.
- Prior experience in consulting, IT services, or global delivery leadership role is highly desirable.
