Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and exceed sales targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Event Planners, Organizers, and Field Sales professionals to drive performance and ensure client satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive networking and relationship building with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Implement and utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to manage sales pipelines, customer interactions, and data analytics.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns that align with sales objectives.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategies that will enhance our competitive position and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the executive team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, policies, and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

This role is pivotal in driving our SCF products and allied services to distributors and corporate enterprises, with a Minimum balance sheet size of ₹50 crore. We are certainly NOT keen in small & micro enterprises.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services sales particularly in supply chain funding, Business loan, working capital with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the business lending sector.
Job Content:
• Present and promote our business loan and SCF products and services to distributors and corporates, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their financing requirements and business goals.
• Customize financial solutions to meet the specific needs of clients, including term loans, lines of credit, equipment financing, and other business lending products, showcasing their benefits and ROI.
• Collaborate closely with internal and 3rd party lending partners to develop customized finance solutions that meet client’s specific requirements.
• Prepare and present loan proposals, outlining terms, conditions, and repayment schedules in a clear and compelling manner.
• Negotiate loan terms and conditions with clients to achieve mutually acceptable agreements while adhering to company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Keep informed about industry trends, competitive activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company
• Customer Contract Management – right from engagement stage to Relationship Management for renewal of contract.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales within the financial services sector, with a focus on supply chain finance, invoice financing, or related products.
• Strong understanding of supply chain finance principles and how they impact businesses' financial health.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
