2. Reliability & Continuous Improvement
- Use RCA to address breakdowns and deploy corrective actions.
- Introduce TPM tools and preventive maintenance schedules; drive performance toward ≥98% line uptime.
- Support automation and PLC/SCADA/MES upgrades, along with IoT-enabled condition monitoring.
- Work along with Head- operations to create a culture of continual improvement (Kaizen and 5S) to improve MTTR and MTBF.
- Train and build the team for autonomous maintenance.
3. Team & Vendor Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers and technicians across electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation functions by driving TPM philosophy.

Qualifications & Experience
