Job Description: Revenue Ownership: Generate revenue through sales of innovation-led services, emerging technology offerings (AI, IoT, Quantum Sending). Lead Nurturing & Conversion: Own the full sales funnel from lead qualification to deal closure, using a structured, consultative approach. Client Engagement: Build and sustain strong relationships with enterprise clients, R&D leaders and innovation heads. Team Mentorship: Lead, guide and develop a small team of sales professionals, setting clear KPIs and supporting their growth. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams like technology, finance, legal and procurement to ensure smooth fulfilment of client engagements. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) and MBA from reputed institutes. Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience in engineered products or technology. Knowledge of sales lifecycle management, funnel analysis, and revenue forecasting. Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
