The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be responsible for spearheading the digital evolution of the organization by overseeing the development and integration of a comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role involves strategizing, designing, and executing the ERP framework across all business functions, including HR, Finance, Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, Asset & Inventory, Compliance, HSE, and Reporting. - Develop and execute an AI roadmap to facilitate predictive maintenance, safety monitoring, process automation, and advanced analytics.

- Assess and adopt emerging AI tools to enhance productivity, reporting, and decision-making processes.
Process & Compliance
- Ensure that ERP workflows align with regulatory requirements such as ISO, OSHA, and statutory compliance.
- Automate registers, approval chains, and compliance tracking within the ERP system.
- Establish dashboards and reporting mechanisms for effective management oversight.
ERP Transformation
- Translate the company handbook (policies, processes, forms, registers) into ERP workflows and digital modules.

- Supervise the accurate and compliant migration of data from manual/legacy systems to the ERP database.
