- Drive the academic vision of the school, ensuring alignment with IB and Cambridge standards and school-specific goals
- Oversee curriculum implementation, instructional planning and ongoing improvement across grade levels
- Lead academic teams in developing high-quality learning outcomes and fostering critical thinking, inquiry and independent learning
- Ensure regular monitoring of student performance, curriculum mapping and data-driven improvements in teaching and learning
- Champion innovation in pedagogy, use of EdTech and research-based practices in education
- Build and lead a high-performing faculty team committed to continuous professional growth
- Recruit, train and mentor teaching and non-teaching staff with clear expectations and developmental feedback
- Establish accountability systems, performance review mechanisms and leadership pipelines within the team
- Oversee day-to-day school operations, including timetable management, resource planning, safety, discipline and infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, IB/Cambridge accreditation standards and internal quality benchmarks
- Manage budgets effectively in collaboration with finance and operations teams
- Maintain a secure, inclusive and vibrant campus culture
- Build strong relationships with parents and the wider school community through regular communication and engagement platforms
- Represent the school in academic, cultural and public forums
- Promote a collaborative, transparent environment that supports student well-being and holistic
- Ensure pastoral care systems are in place to support student emotional and behavioural development
- Support student voice initiatives, leadership programmes and global citizenship activities
- Encourage a balance between academic rigor and co-curricular enrichment
- Contribute to the long-term strategic planning of the school in line with the Globeducate philosophy and vision

Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Education (or) related discipline (Ph.D. preferred but not mandatory)
- Minimum 10 years of teaching experience with at least 5 years in academic leadership (Vice Principal/Principal/Head of School level)
- Experience with CBSE, IB and/or Cambridge curriculum (IGCSE, AS/A Levels, PYP/MYP/DP) is highly preferred
- Demonstrated track record of academic innovation, team leadership and student achievement
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication and presence to lead a multicultural school community
