Analyst - Market Risk Oversight will be responsible for providing independent oversight and effective challenge of Market Risk Management across American Express and American Express National Bank (AENB). Assist Manager- Market risk management in annual reviews, tracking remediation and communicating updates to key stakeholders.
**Minimum Qualifications**

Responsible Lending Action (RLA) Team is one of the pillars of customer management responsible for managing credit risk and balance control through multiple actions like Line Reduction, Global Limit Addition, Global Limit Reduction and Proactive Cancellations. The incumbent will also specifically work on identifying opportunities to enhance Charge RLA strategies and partner with RPDS team to build the next generation of RLA capabilities. This role will provide incumbent visibility with senior leaders and ample opportunity to collaborate across different customer mgmt. functions.
The key responsibilities are:
* Review executive escalations and share recommendations with senior leaders to resolve them and identify potential opportunities to enhance customer management strategies
* Build a streamlined and consistent framework to review executive escalations through collaboration with different customer mgmt. teams
