BE Knowledge on Construction Safety Standards, Graduation with a diploma in industrial safety from a recognized institute.
Experience Relevant Experience of minimum 2 to 5 years -
Experience in Corporate Interior Fit-Out Projects is Mandatory
- Minimum of two years out of which one year experience at the project/construction site in the Corporate Interiors.
- Hot job safety requirements in a Construction Site, safe scaffolding requirements, work at height, safety during the erection of heavy equipment, safe procedures to carry out excavation jobs.
- Shall be aware of the process of job safety analysis- identify the job hazards including the potential hazards and control measures.
- To be thorough with the company and client’s standards/policy for safety and ensure that the same is followed at site.
- Ensure all that self and every individual is following.
- Knowledge on standard PPE equipment’s, and mandatory rules to be followed at site such as for scaffolding, welding, loading, and unloading of materials, electrical connections etc. For all packages.
- Conduct periodic huddles with all contractors and personnel present at site.
- Maintain and share Daily safety report with EHS Manager. In case of any non-conformity or incidents at site, immediately report to Senior PM and take required action under their guidance.
- Under the guidance of EHS Manager conduct Safety audits to be conducted regularly.
- Attend all site meetings and ensure all points regarding safety are communicated to vendors.
- Monitoring of construction jobs at the project sites with respect to safety aspects
- Ensure that the contractor agencies perform jobs as per the procedures and standards of the refinery.
- Identify the potential hazards at the site and communicate to the respective agency for compliance and corrective action.
- Assist the contractor’s safety teams to work them more efficiently at the site for achieving an incident and injury-free workplace.
- Key activities include imparting safety induction and IIF-Incident and injury-free workplace orientation sessions daily to the workforce entering the complex.

To further increase our presence in Indian industries facing chemical risks, we are looking for an experienced Salesman with a interest into safety products.
As the company is fast growing in India, you must be independent, hardworking, and reliable.
Many business trips are involved for Hyderabad region (on average at least 3-4 days per week) + team meetings in Mumbai every two weeks.
You will receive training in two stages: firstly, to understand PREVOR solutions, and secondly, to master our sales, management, and decision-making methods.
As a salesman, you would work closely with the sales manager based in Mumbai and your responsibilities will then be:
- To develop PREVOR’s business : You will analyze and understand customers' problems and needs and propose the most appropriate solutions.
- With your hands-on experience, you'll be able to assess chemical risks on site, and position yourself as the natural contact for specifiers and opinion leaders in your sector.
- You'll become a real ambassador for our offer at trade shows, professional conventions, scientific seminars, etc.
Pre-requisites:
Degree in chemistry (BSC) minimum
Interest / experience in sales (>
2 year),
Good interaction skills with people
Fluency in both oral and written English + Telugu and Urdu
In return:
