About the Role:
The Allied Health Manager provides operational leadership and oversees the daily operations of the Acacia Allied Health team for the Acacia (adult) and Banksia (older persons) mental health inpatient units at North Canberra Hospital. The position provides management in line with service objectives, established procedures and sound governance processes.
The Allied Health Manager manages human resources, finances, reporting, and quality and safety compliance. The Allied Health Manager is required to undertake professional development and supervision, participate in quality initiatives and contribute to the multidisciplinary team processes.
The Allied Health Manager will collaborate with the multidisciplinary allied health staff, psychiatry and nursing staff to continually improve the quality of the recovery focused therapeutic programs.

**The AVP will lead Amgen's Clinical Data Management function within GDO, ensuring the highest quality of clinical data collection, processing, and analysis to support regulatory submissions and clinical development programs.
