Work with Government to shape policies to enable sound understanding of Healthcare Institutes, Hospitals, Business Units to enable and improve access of innovative therapeutic solutions for structural heart disease, Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) & Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT).
- Actively participate industry working groups to maintain dialogue with government authorities and influence policy formulation and implementation whenever appropriate.
- Develop sound understanding of government policies and initiatives concerning Healthcare Reform, Price Reform, Market Access, Localization, and other areas impacting Edwards, and provide regular report with professional insight and strategic advice.
- Engage in strategic discussions on new product registration to maximize access and adoption of innovative medical technology from Edwards.
- Organize and conduct Government Affairs related trainings for internal customers, included but not limited to business units.
- Other incidental duties.
**What you'll need (Required):**
- Bachelor's Degree in related field with at least 12 years experience in healthcare, with substantial experience in government relations, sales, tendering or pricing, reimbursement function, regulatory in multinational pharmaceutical or medical device companies Required

Lead negotiations with key health authority agencies during development, registration, and product lifecycle activities to resolve regulatory issues and/or negotiate approvals; establish and maintain proactive and professional communication & relationship with agencies.

+ Representing FME India in highly visible and potentially intense forums such as FICCI/CII/APACMED for new regulations impacting the business in interactions with Government and Forum meetings.

+ Fulfill all duties associated to the corporate MAH for medical products and local MAH and associated product responsibilities, local and hub key contact for authorities. including performing pharmacovigilance reporting as well as reporting and execution of safety actions in accordance with corporate SOPs and local regulations
+ Report customer complaints, incidents and any potential safety issues in compliance with corporate SOPs and execute medical device incident/adverse event reporting in compliance with local country regulations.
+ Support and ensure execution of field safety actions in affected markets and execute field action reporting to health authorities in accordance with applicable regulations.
+ Implement and maintain effective Product Quality Management, Safety systems for all applicable processes and functions of the legal entities within the sub-region (hub).
+ Provide leadership to country LMRs to ensure the implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Global Management System (GMS) and the applicable specific management systems according to corporate requirements and in compliance with local regulatory and statutory requirements.
+ Ensure audit and inspection readiness including preparation, realization and follow-up of external and internal audits and inspections. In case of detected deviations and non-conformities, ensure the effective, efficient and timely implementation of required corrections, corrective and/or preventive actions.
+ Ensure safe, compliant and efficient release and distribution of products imported and marketed by FME within the distribution quality function. Ensure the fulfillment of GDP requirements for distribution of medical devices and drugs in all countries in hub

Stantec is looking for Revit MEP modeler and detailing designer with expertise in Revit MEP buildings applications to be based in the Pune, India office.
The Revit MEP Designer role conducts and supports the delivery of complete designs for water supply, storm, drainage and fire protection systems across projects in Residential, Commercial, Highrise buildings and Health Care facilities.
The successful candidate will be keen and encouraged to develop design skills in their chosen MEP field to contribute to overall project designs. This will include becoming familiar with Standards relevant to the project location (e.g., Middle East, Australian, British and American Standards).
Responsibilities:
- Daily drafting duties of water supply, storm, drainage and fire protection for Building Services requirements. Day to day tasks includes CAD/BIM work to produce complete and accurate drawings, printing and binding, and other CAD/BIM related assistance for the Project and Discipline Engineers.
- The Technologist work under the direct supervision of the Engineers /BIM coordinator and is responsible for all of the production and drafting tasks directly assigned to them by the Engineers /BIM coordinator.
- As a PHE Technologist, it should be expected that the duties will be flexible, providing drafting assistance for multiple projects within multiple disciplines as assigned.
- Work as a team member to coordinate design projects with professional engineers and other CAD/BIM technicians.
- Utilize customized tools, utilities, and scripts to automate work processes, improve BIM/CAD productivity and efficiency, and comply with the company BIM/CAD standards.
- Provide regular work status updates, including risks or concerns to Discipline Lead/Project Manager/Project Lead.

Competencies:
- The Candidate should be proficient in drafting and modeling works for Plumbing and Fire protection system, sprinkler locations, FP pipe routing/sizing, water supply and drain water pipe routing/sizing, water heater systems, pumproom drawings -enlarged plans sections/ elevation, BMS systems, schematic riser diagrams.
- Leading the BIM model coordination as required by the project standards
- Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines design changes and model challenges
- Adhere to the 3D Execution Plan and 3D project workflow criteria
- Preparation of Detailed Drawings (CAD, Revit, Navisworks) as per project requirements

Qualifications and skills:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Revit MEP 3D modeling detail engineering building projects.
- Experience using associated discipline software especially AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, ProjectWise, Dynamo
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Ability to work independently.
