What you bring to the role
- Minimum Diploma level qualifications in work, health and safety and relevant trade based qualifications or equivalent.
- 5 years + demonstrated experience as a safety professional or advisor in high-risk industries.
- Proven experience and qualifications in undertaking investigations through the use of methodologies such as Incident Casual Analysis Method (ICAM).
- Proven experience in the implementation and delivery of safety strategies, policies, frameworks, systems and processes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of safety theory and practice across complex multi‐site businesses.
- Demonstrated experience in influencing and coaching a wide range of stakeholders.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and a proven ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation.
- Valid driver’s licence.
