Job Description:
Effectively maintain and provide the highest level of medical and primary emergency care in emergency cases for all personnel at the designated site in line with Medical Services clinical guidelines.
Participate in the development and maintenance of a safe and healthy workplace.
Undertake all mandatory OH&S training as required.

Salary: P23,000 P28,000

• Conduct regular workplace inspections and hazard assessments to identify potential risks to employee health and safety.
• Develop, implement, and manage industrial hygiene programs and policies.
• Monitor and assess exposure to chemical, physical, and biological agents in the workplace using appropriate sampling and analytical techniques.
• Evaluate ergonomic risks and recommend solutions to improve workplace design and reduce strain.
• Develop and deliver training programs on health and safety topics to employees at all levels.
• Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, Occupational Safety, Chemistry, or a related scientific field. A Master's degree or certification (e.g., CIH - Certified Industrial Hygienist) is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial hygiene or occupational safety, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of chemical, physical, and biological hazards, exposure assessment methodologies, and control strategies.
• Familiarity with relevant health and safety legislation and standards.
• Proficiency in using industrial hygiene monitoring equipment and data analysis software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively train and communicate with diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a meticulous attention to detail.

• Assist in the execution of industrial hygiene surveys and assessments, focusing on sanitation and environmental conditions.
• Collect air, surface, and other relevant samples for laboratory analysis.
• Monitor and evaluate workplace exposures to chemical, biological, and physical agents related to hygiene.
• Document findings from surveys and inspections accurately and comprehensively.
