About Position:


As a Delivery Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery team to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions to clients. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and will work closely with them to understand their requirements, provide guidance, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for supporting hiring and growing the cloud footprint of the Business Unit.

What You'll Do:


  • Lead and manage the delivery team, overseeing project managers, developers, and architects specializing in Salesforce delivery, migration.
  • Role involves supporting hiring and training initiatives to enhance the team's capabilities and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Work closely with clients to meet their needs and effectively manage their expectations. Engage in delivery governance forums, collaborating with the Sales Team on proposals and strategic initiatives to drive success.
  • Building strong relationships with key client stakeholders. Leading in account mining activities, ensure cloud solutions align with company standards and exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, for problem-solving and decision-making. Guide & work hands-on with the pursuit team for technical solution design, estimation, planning, commercials and proposal presentation.
  • Span of Control: Lead delivery teams of 200 to 250 engineers. Also build and groom next 2 levels of delivery leaders.
  • Portfolio: A high-growth portfolio with annual revenue of USD 15M to USD 20M, a significant portion of which will come from winning new deals.
  • Operational Efficiency: Track & control operational parameters such as utilization, pyramid, margin with attention to details


Expertise You'll Bring:


  • Experience working in the healthcare and life sciences domain preferably working with customers in Clinical, Pharma, Healthcare Payer, Provider domain.
  • Understanding of regulatory aspects as applicable to the HLS industry. Good grasp of technology and product engineering to be able to speak customer language in various discussions.
  • Managing and leading highly skilled teams, team leaders, and product developers to ensure the timely delivery to customer.
  • You will be expected to learn required domain and technology necessary for the program / area of engagement.
  • Candidate must possess around 15 years of progressive experience in Delivery Leadership roles for Software development and Salesforce Management Programs.
  • Should have proven delivery leadership for a multi-customer portfolio with mix of T&M, fixed price etc.
  • Ability to engage with CxOs/VPs/Director level stakeholders
  • Ability and willingness to travel for customer meetings (10% to 25% travel)

**Medical Science Liaison - Heart Health**

**Position purpose (A brief statement indicating the basic purpose of the position)**
- The MSL shall act as a scientific expert between Bayer and the medical community through the dissemination and education of scientific data and material.
- The MSL establishes long-term scientific/strategic relationships with key, influential physicians/scientists/stakeholders and with related major medical associations and academic centers of excellence.
- These relationships will ensure that Thought Leaders (TLs) and organizations have access to relevant scientific information and that pertinent information is shared with the medical community.
- The MSL uses his/her experience and knowledge interacting with key external medical and pharmacy professionals through the process of education via one-on-one interaction; small group discussion and symposia lecture presentations including interactions associated with sponsored medical education programs and research protocols.
- The MSL facilitates TL involvement in national, regional and local educational forums including advisory boards, symposia and Continuing Medical Education (CMEs).
- The MSL also serves as an important partner to internal stakeholders within Bayer by communicating relevant information from Thought Leaders (TLs) to key cross-functional partners

**Role and Responsibilities**

**Primary Activities**
- TL Identification / profiling / segmentation and strategy and engagement planning: In alignment with medical strategy as stipulated in the integrated brand plan, the MSL contributes to internal understanding of specific TL interests, expertise and impact in the medical community at large.
- Customer Relationship Management through Medical information: Provide timely and value-added responses to medical queries from medical profession, patient groups, government authorities and field force to strengthen relationship with these stakeholders
- Participation at / networking in Congresses and Conventions: The MSL uses congresses and conventions to network with TLs, establish new contacts, and gather competitive intelligence.
- Coordination of Scientific Education Activities and Advisory Boards: The MSL plans and organizes scientific training, education events / sessions and advisory boards with TLs within their specific therapeutic area.
- Preparing reports and tracking activities: The MSL submits timely reports of field interactions and events, as well as tracks activities against agreed upon PMP objectives and country medical activity plan.
- Collecting Investigator Initiated Research (IIR) ideas and facilitating IIR set-up: The MSL acts as a point of contact for investigators, facilitating the interface with investigators and appropriate BHC personnel responsible for approval, and communication of study progress and completion
- Interactions with Medical Societies: The MSL answers medical / scientific queries of Medical Societies with regards to BHC products.
- Customer Relationship Management through Medical information: Provide timely and value added responses to medical queries from medical profession, patient groups, government authorities and field force to strengthen relationship with these stakeholders.

**Secondary Activities**
- Market Access: The MSL provides assistance to Medical Advisors and Market Access and supports presentations of new information to hospital formularies and reimbursement decisions makers as required.
- Internal scientific support: The MSL serves as internal scientific expert by selective support to training activities in addition to answering scientific / medical queries by the Sales Representatives (in conjunction with / as a supporting element to Medical Advisors)
- Clinical Research Support: The MSL provides additional support (as required) to support local clinical operations personnel / Medical Advisors with respect to strategic feasibility in company sponsored clinical development studies as well as facilitation of medical affairs interventional and observation studies.
- External scientific support, training and education: The MSL provides additional external scientific support, training & education not covered by other primary activities
