Key job responsibilities
- Reviewing and investigating claims processing, verifying the proper payment of claims, and bringing insurance claims to full resolution through a combination of external third-party relationships and cross-functional communication and collaboration.
- Maintaining service level agreements regarding assigned accounts receivable tasks while ensuring timely resolution of all claims while prioritizing responsibilities, problem solving, and thinking critically as you perform your regular duties and accommodate other time sensitive tasks as they arise.
- Conducts regular review and follow up of accounts receivables, ensuring the timely resolution and payment of accounts. - Design, develop, and implement process improvements to prevent denials and reduce internal processing errors.

Your Opportunity
You will work with direct supervision and general direction on tasks and smaller projects as a team member of a larger engineering team under the guidance of a Senior Engineer/Designer. You will perform a variety of tasks which may include AutoCAD and/or Revit design, calculations, potentially with a focus on the specific requirements of the healthcare sector. - Prepare Cable schedule, cable route diagrams and conduit development
- Prepare ref. MCC and control Panel Elevation drawings and Gas for Healthcare sector applications
- Prepare Load schedules and Single Line diagrams for healthcare sector electrical systems
- Prepare Earthing and Lighting layout drawings for healthcare sector buildings
- Coordination with Civil / Mech / Process and other disciplines

Required

Preferred
- Professional experience in buildings electrical design for additional market segments in which we operate, with a strong preference for direct experience in the healthcare sector, including a thorough understanding of healthcare-specific electrical systems and codes.
- Familiarity with various construction delivery processes such as Design-Build, with experience in applying these processes to healthcare projects being a plus.
- Knowledge of specialty electrical or lighting calculation applications, including those used for healthcare-specific calculations like essential electrical system load analysis, lighting design for patient care areas, and grounding/bonding for medical equipment.

- Bachelors' degree or Diploma in related field
- Minimum 3 years related professional experience to the Healthcare sector or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product roadmap in collaboration with leadership.
  • Partner with product leaders to map out features and capabilities aligned with business goals.

  • Develop and manage use cases, functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Own and refine the product backlog in partnership with Scrum teams.
  • Communicate architecture decisions and their implications on product features.
  • Lead system demos for stakeholders to showcase progress and gather feedback.
  • Track deliverables, risks, and timelines while maintaining organized documentation.
  • Coordinate project meetings, manage follow-ups, and support status reporting.
  • Drive adoption and implementation of internal tools and platforms.
  • Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Act as a bridge across business, product, engineering, and operations teams.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate fluency in legacy systems, modern web interfaces, and APIs.
